Super Nutritious Smoothie Recipe
This smoothie has some of the most appetizing of fruits with wonderfully plump blueberries, blackberries, healthy live yogurt, and extracted pineapple juice, all whipped up to make a great tasting smoothie. This one is a filling one, and great for auto immune support for the kiddos, as well as adults. Did I say it is also extremely healthy, packing a hardy punch with the antioxidants it lets off in the body. It also helps to beat the monotony of having to drink vegetable smoothies for immune support, which kids wouldn’t be fond of.
½ small pineapple
1 handful of fresh blueberries
1 handful of fresh blackberries
200 g low-fat live yogurt (or you can substitute soya, or a soy product)
4 ice cubes
Juice the pineapple, and then pour it into the breville bje510xl juicer, along with all of the other necessary fruits. Blend until smooth and enjoy. If you’re in a real hurry with this, you can make it without ever using a juicer, you just simply don’t add the pineapple. If it is too thick, you can always add in some extra soya, or water. It won’t hurt a thing!
