Best of the Veg is all about taking your favorite everyday meat dishes and turning them into delicious & healthy vegetarian meals with all the flavor for a healthy lifestyle.
My husband and I have taken a conscience step to not only eat healthier, but also live a healthier lifestyle. I love to cook and eat so I knew I had to keep the flavors while losing the fat and calories. While we are not vegetarians, we do eat many vegetarian & of course fish meals while incorporating the everyday flavors we already love.
We are growing our own herbs and vegetables and that certainly makes eating healthy fresh meals enjoyable.
